Note: We had technical difficulties; there is about a 1-minute pause of no recording before we resume.

Module 7

Topic: “Managing Yourself in the Business World” – The world is a stage especially for physician leaders and those of you who aspire to greater achievement.  What you do and say signals to everyone around you whether you are a person of character and whether you can be trusted. Poor attitudes and cynicism in your work environment are directly correlated to leadership!  Focus on 3 specific areas, and you’ll not only be a model for others, but you’re career will naturally take off.

Module 9

Topic: “Identifying and Managing Your ‘Personal Curriculum’ as an Important Aspect of Career Management” Everywhere you go, there you are. Sometimes professional joy doesn’t come from changing our venue or finding a new career; it may be about facing reality and how we keep tripping ourselves up and examining what we are meant to learn and what we were meant to express. Note from Francine: This is another “esoteric” but extremely important topic that comes up so often with my private clients that I want to address it with the Success Circle group. 🙂
