Introductory Meeting Preparation

Introductory Meeting Preparation

These are the Instructions for Physicians who have arranged an Introductory Meeting with Dr. Gaillour. Introductory meetings are conducted by prior appointment only and for the purpose of evaluating your current situation and deciding on coaching program options for you. Please contact if you have any questions.

Dear Physician Colleague,

Thank you again for contacting us about an Introductory Meeting.

I am looking forward to meeting you by phone. The purpose of our introductory call is 3-fold:

1) I want to learn more about you and your current situation, and also what you aspire to create for yourself (don’t worry, you don’t have to be specific or have it all together).

2) I want to share with you my philosophy and approach, and how I work

3) With that insight then, we’ll look at coaching program options and decided on a best fit for your needs.

In advance of our meeting, I would like you to do a little bit of preparation:

1) Please download and complete the Introductory Assessment. Email it to or FAX it back to us at (206) 686-4205 prior to our meeting. The Assessment gives me advance information about how you view yourself.

2) Listen to my Audio Presentation “Three Dimensions of Professional Fulfillment” – it will provide you with a brief preview of my philosophy.

3) And finally, please read the Client Testimonials from current and previous physicians who have chosen to work with me as their coach. You’ll get a feel for the range of physicians I have worked with and their situations.

I am looking forward to meeting you. If you have to reschedule your call, we appreciate 24 hours notice.

Please contact our office at (206) 686-4205 if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Francine Gaillour, MD
