What Inspires Doctors to Step Into Their Full Potential?

If there is one thing that consistently inspires me it is the vision of a solitary figure emerging from their personal shadow of “holding back” and stepping into their full power. Not only does that give them authentic charisma, but their act of fully expressing their natural gifts in turn moves and inspires those around them like a brilliant light that can’t help but cast a glow on everyone it touches.

I’ve seen my physician clients step into their power in both small and large ways–stepping into what they were born to do–which is why my work is so gratifying. And on a national stage, Oprah Winfrey comes to mind as someone who is “in her power” which is why I think she is so admired.

This week I was inspired by an amazing “unknown” who came forth—courtesy of You Tube–and inspired thousands by fully stepping into, as he put it, “what I was born to do.”

So here is the You-tube video that I’ve watched about 10 times: Paul Potts on Britain’s Got Talent.
