"Values"

Represent what you care about, your guiding principles; it also represents your essential nature and unique talents

"Skills" 

Represent what you have learned or are capable of learning.  These are not essential to who you are and are not necessarily related to your values.

"Economic Engine"

Represents avenues or vehicles for providing a service that is valued (monetarily) by society.  Or it can represent a source of income that is unrelated to either Values and Skills (i.e. it can be non-aligned)
