As a
physician advocate, my vision is to work toward a time
when all of us will be treated and cared for by caregivers
who love their jobs, want to come to work, and who get
along and collaborate with their colleagues to make
healthcare better.
I work
with physicians who are transitioning into leadership
roles or are working to become conscious leaders.
Conscious leadership is about making choices from
awareness and engaging in meaningful conversation.
My clients are physicians who recognize that their
clinical skills and education provide a rich foundation
for their growth as a leader, whether it’s in their
current environment or in a new endeavor.
In the coaching relationship we focus on the
outcomes the physician wants, how they will feel when
having achieved them and why they would want them, and the
steps needed to move forward.
I am
dedicated to helping physicians gain clarity around values
(why we often feel stuck), purpose (for the sake of
what?), and outcomes (what do I really want?!).
It’s only when we know our desired outcomes that
we can truly focus and realize our dreams.

I bring
over 20 years experience in healthcare and business
leadership to my coaching practice.
My experience in publishing, corporate
communications and media relations, and executive presence
has served my clients as they move up and sometimes out of
their current roles. I
help my clients recognize the gifts in getting focused,
achieving desired outcomes, and living a happy and
fulfilling life with ease.
After
taking stock of where I was and where I wanted to be, I
successfully transitioned to a formal coaching practice
and set up my own business, LifeWork Solutions.
I am a continuous learner, constantly working to
stay present in the moment and passionate about conscious
leadership.
