As an
Physician Entrepreneur and Executive Coach, I love working
with three groups of physicians and healthcare executives:

Those with a desire to start
their own business or to be more entrepreneurial in their
practices or businesses, but who are struggling with how
to do that

Those who are in transition or at
a crossroads professionally, who are grappling with important
decisions to make

Those who are eager to soar to
the next level of their careers or businesses.
Feeling
professionally fulfilled is an intensely personal
experience. There are no simple prescriptions or templates
for meaningful work or a satisfying life. I know, because
I’ve been there!
Building upon
your unique skills and talents, we work together to figure
out what you want to accomplish, discover what you still
need to learn, and describe the desired results that would
be meaningful to you. Then together, we set about having
you accomplish them – you take action!
What is so
amazing is that, with coaching, the actual journey
involving your development as an entrepreneur and leader
becomes as momentous and fun as the destination of
achieving your full potential. You don’t have to delay
gratification to be enjoying the experience!

Mission

Passionate Spark that ignites the creative and resourceful
fires of others.
My purpose every day is to convey
vitality and clarity of intention to all those with whom I
interact, so that they, in turn, are stimulated to embark
on their own pursuits of achievement.
My
philosophy:
I inspire my
clients to take bold professional and personal steps,
equipped with new or polished skills, to get the results
they want. No excuses, no procrastination, no hiding away
– a coaching partnership is a great relationship when
you are ready, eager and willing – even if you are still
not certain what the right decision is for you.
Having
undergone big professional and personal metamorphoses in
my life, I am deeply aware of the challenges of what it
means to make changes. I am also motivated by the fierce
belief that my clients can have meaningful
careers and live passionate lives, with few regrets.
My clients
enjoy the coaching relationship because it isn’t just
work…… it is a fun and liberating experience, once
they realize that they get to choose who
they want to be and what they want to accomplish!
My strengths
are my experience as a physician entrepreneur, my
outstanding listening and communication abilities, over 20
years of experience in healthcare, and my contagious
enthusiasm that invokes my clients’ determination to
succeed.
In my speaking
and workshops, I share my discoveries and provide
experiential learning, in the hope that, as more
physicians experience the huge creative release of
building a successful business, and as more healthcare
leaders succeed in inspiring others, there will be
abundant professional satisfaction, and less pain and
burnout in the profession.
